Vacation Rental Policy and Guest Commitment
1. Check-In / Check-Out
Check-in: After 4 PM
Early check-in/late check-out must be pre-approved and will incur an additional fee. Check-out: By 10:00 AM

2. Payment & Cancellation: Full payment is due at the time of booking / [or specify deposit terms].Cancellation policy: [e.g., Full refund if canceled 14+ days before check-in; 50% refund 7–13 days; no refund under 7 days].
3. House Rules: No smoking. No pets. No parties or events. Maximum occupancy: 10 ​

4. Parking: There is parking in the garage and 1 spot in the driveway. Note-this is a shared driveway. Patrons

5. Cleanliness: You are expected to treat the Vacation Rental with respect, keeping in mind that this is an individual’s home, not a hotel room. You are expected to leave the Vacation Rental in a clean, neat, and orderly condition and respect the Host’s requests regarding check-out procedures.

6. Trash Disposal and Recycling: Bring out Sunday night and bring on Monday. WE RECYCLE-please rinse all recycling and place in the correct bin in the garage.
7. Guest Responsibilities: Treat the property with respect. Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately. Return all keys and remotes. Leave used towels in the bathroom and dishes clean or in the dishwasher.
8. Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of 25% of you full balance will be charged to your card. Deductions
will be made for damage, excessive mess, or violations of this agreement. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the renter is responsible for the full amount.
9. Liability: The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of valuables. Guests assume responsibility for all individuals in their party.

10. By finalizing their booking, renters acknowledge and agree to all stated policies.
